Nuthead AI uses on the first generation of Whisper AI by OpenAI and utilizes whisper.cpp, both of which are under the MIT License. These tools were created to transcribe audio files. We utilize them to be able to remove retries context sensitiv in varoius stages. We use our own developed algorithms and processing intelligence, which makes Nuthead AI far more than a simple extension of Whisper AI. Therefore, Nuthead AI is NOT covered under the MIT- or any other open Source License.

Nuthead AI may not be resold or redistributed. Any attempt to access the source code is illegal. Unauthorized distribution of the tool will result in legal action. However, creating videos for third parties with our tool and distributing or selling those videos is permitted.
